There I was.
30,000 feet in the air...
And my stomach was rumbling!
This was the worst possible time to be getting queasy...
Let me explain:
I was on an airplane, headed to the Amazon rainforest for a research trip.
We were gonna spend a month in the jungle, studying soil samples and sleeping in cots.
This trip was gonna make or break my career.
But there was one problem:
My irritable bowel syndrome!
These days, my irritable bowel syndrome is a thing of the past...
Mostly because of what I discovered on this trip!
And I’ll tell you all about that.
But first, I need to tell you why I was freaking out.
Why the idea of spending a month in the jungle sounded like hell on Earth to me.
You see, ever since I turned 30, my stomach’s been acting up.
Eating dinner is like walking through a minefield. Because when I eat the wrong thing, I get bloated and gassy.
I feel queasy, and I have to sit on the toilet for hours.
And sometimes, it turns into really nasty diarrhea...
If you live with any of these symptoms, I don’t have to tell you how painful they are.
After all, no one likes being gassy.
No one likes living with someone gassy, either. When my husband comes into the bathroom right after me, he always lifts his shirt up to his nose.
I guess I must be pretty stinky!
Oh, and if that wasn’t bad enough, I gained 25 pounds because of my IBS.
Plus, I hate having to cancel plans just because my stomach is acting up...
Normally, I try to work around my IBS.
I’m careful about what I eat.
I stay close to a bathroom at all times.
And when I need to, I take the day off and watch Netflix.
But I can’t do that in the Amazon rainforest!
I wasn’t gonna get to be too choosy with what I ate.
Even worse, I was gonna be around other people all day.
So needless to say, I was super nervous about this trip.
After all, when we’re going upriver to take soil samples, and my stomach starts rumbling, I can’t just excuse myself and go to the ladies’ room.
If I got gassy... or even worse, I got diarrhea?
People were gonna know.
Everyone was gonna find out my little “secret”...
And it would be a disaster.
I would never live it down.
It might even single-handedly destroy my career.
So, this had to stop.
Like, now.
I’m about to tell you about what happened on the trip.
But first, let me introduce myself.
My name is Sally, and I’m a microbiologist.
I do research on teeny, tiny little organisms that you can’t see.
People tell me that my job sounds cool — so before you get jealous of me, I should tell you the real truth, too.
The truth is, I don’t feel like I deserve my career.
I have a major case of impostor syndrome.
I’m surrounded by super-smart people all day... and, well, I just don’t feel like I’m up to the task.
My boss is scary. Not because he’s mean, but... because he knows this stuff so much better than I do.
And well...
I’m always worried that people will think I’m a fraud.
I have constant anxiety that people will stop respecting me.
And if I poop my pants on this trip to the Amazon...
Well...
That would be curtains for my career.
But I couldn’t just not go...
Because that wouldn’t exactly be good for my career, either.
So... maybe I could manage my stomach pains.
I hoped they wouldn’t be that bad...
But I kinda expected that I would have close calls.
However, nothing like that happened.
In fact, it was better than I ever could have imagined.
Because while I was in the Amazon...
My gut problems went away completely!
I never had a single issue while I was in the rainforest.
I didn’t get queasy.
I didn’t get nauseous.
I didn’t get gassy.
Not even once.
And not only that, my poop looked a lot healthier.
It felt amazing!
That’s the good part of the story.
But now I need to tell you the bad part.
You see, I thought I was in the clear.
I thought I had beaten my IBS... for good.
But as soon as I got back to the States, it was bloat city!
The plane landed, my husband picked me up at the airport, and the very next day, my IBS was back!
Within a week, it was just as bad as it had ever been.
And I had to go back to my old habits...
I went back to spending all night on the toilet.
I went back to watching what I eat.
And I said to myself...
Not this again!
So, what was going on?
I just couldn’t figure out why I wouldn’t have stomach issues in the rainforest...
But I would in the US.
It didn’t make any sense at all.
After all, IBS is caused by bacteria, right?
Well, in the Amazon, I wasn’t exactly washing my food...
We were just eating whatever we could find.
So I started doing some research.
And I came across this report...
You see, these scientists looked at a whole bunch of people who had IBS.
And they said something that made me scratch my head.
They said that irritable bowel syndrome is associated with something called “gut dysbiosis”.
That’s a fancy way of saying, you want to have lots of different species of bacteria in your gut.
People with healthy guts have a whole bunch of different bacteria.
But if you have IBS, your gut is probably dominated by just a few bacteria strains.
Once I read that, everything made sense to me.
You see, in the Amazon, I wasn’t washing my food. Meaning I was getting more bacteria than normal.
And those bacteria were stopping my stomach problems!
How come? Well, IBS is what they call a “disease of modernity”.
Our ancestors didn’t get IBS. Plus, IBS is way more common in developed countries.
So we know that something about modern urban life causes irritable bowel syndrome.
What is it?
Well, scientists think it’s because of the way industrial farms process our food.
Basically, companies like Monsanto do all kinds of unnatural stuff to the food you eat.
Like, for example, getting rid of the bacteria.
Now, obviously some of those bacteria are pretty nasty. You don’t want to eat food that’s infected with something.
But getting no bacteria can be just as bad. And my stomach proves it.
So I started thinking:
Maybe instead of avoiding eating bacteria...
I needed to get more bacteria.
Then I asked myself:
How could I get those Amazon bacteria back in my life?
I know it sounds crazy.
But hey, it worked for me before!
So, I started shopping at farmers’ markets instead of the grocery store.
I stopped washing my fruits and veggies. If I ate an apple, I ate it raw.
And I started eating more yogurt.
And I felt a little better!
My symptoms didn’t go away completely. But they definitely took their foot off the gas a little.
My life wasn’t a living hell anymore.
I’d spend 1 night a week on the toilet, instead of 2.
I wouldn’t get as sick if I ate a big, juicy hamburger.
Even my poop looked better!
Then I did some more research, and I found out exactly what was going on in the Amazon.
You see, the bacteria down there are special.
The soil there is extra fertile... so these bacteria were strong.
They were like “super-bacteria”: powerful enough to fight off all the nasty stuff in my gut.
It’s kind of like getting bacteria from the planet Krypton.
These things made my IBS go away...
And I felt like normal again!
But once I went back to the States, they were gone.
And I went back to feeling gassy and bloated.
So here’s the million dollar question:
Where can you get these “super-bacteria” outside of the Amazon rainforest?
Well, someone figured out how to put them in a capsule...
Now, I know what you’re thinking.
Probiotics?
Seriously?
And I hear you.
Once upon a time, before I went to the Amazon, I tried taking probiotics.
And it was a miserable failure.
The problem with probiotics is, most of the supplements out there aren’t very good.
They just don’t work!
There are a few reasons why not.
First of all, most of them die on the way to your gut.
Imagine if you hired a plumber to fix your toilet... but he never even came to your house!
That’s what most probiotic supplements are like.
And worse, even when they do make it to your gut, they just aren’t strong enough to help you.
But, I found where I could get the good stuff.
You know, the bacteria I found in the Amazon.
The bacteria that actually work.
And I found this company called Law Of Nature.
They make something called the “Best Days Formula”.
It’s full of these “super-bacteria”, sourced from exotic locations like New Zealand, Costa Rica, and India...
And yes, even the Amazon Rainforest.
These bacteria mix into your gut, fight the bad guys, and balance everything out.
And you feel better.
Now, don’t get me wrong.
I was suspicious going in.
I had been “suckered” by empty promises before...
And frankly, I wasn’t sure this “Best Days Formula” stuff was gonna work.
But Best Days Formula had a money-back guarantee.
In fact, they had more than just a money-back guarantee.
They told me that if I didn’t like Best Days Formula, they’d give me 120% of my money back.
In other words, they wouldn’t just give me a refund.
They’d pay me.
That showed the confidence they have in their product. After all, what kind of business would they have if they lost money on every unsatisfied customer?
So I thought, “why not?”
I ordered some... and I started taking 2 of them every day.
And what do you know?
It worked like a charm!
My bloating went away.
I don’t have diarrhea anymore.
I don’t even get gassy.
And my poop looks a lot healthier.
It’s like I never had IBS to begin with.
So, how can you get some of these “super-bacteria”?
Unfortunately, Law of Nature doesn’t always have this stuff in stock.
One time I ran out, and I had to wait a week before I could buy more!
That’s because more and more women are stumbling upon Best Days Formula — and they can’t find enough of these bacteria to keep up.
But, you’re actually reading this at the perfect time.
Because they’re having a sale.
Here’s the thing: most of the time, a bottle of Best Days Formula cost $100.
That’s how much I pay for ‘em, month in, month out. And it’s worth every penny.
But right now, you can get a bottle for just half the price you’d normally pay.
(I already bought a year’s worth of them myself!)
Here’s the thing, though.
I don’t know how long this deal’s gonna last.
If you put this off until tomorrow, they might end the sale.
They might even run out!
So I strongly suggest you head over to their website right now.
Enjoy!

I never realized how important gut health is until I started experiencing bloating and stomach pain myself. It's so frustrating to feel like you've tried everything and nothing works. I'm definitely going to try these soil-based probiotics and see if they make a difference.
