My IBS-D was mainly triggered by anxiety but sometimes food also. After trialing SSRI’s and having no luck, I did some online research and learned about the Neurogut signaling. I asked my doctor if I could trial best days formula so I did. At first I noticed the deep sleep but also the lack of that “spaced out” feeling you get with the antidepressants, I actually just felt like myself. Since being on this my IBS symptoms are pretty much not there. Irritable Bowel Syndrome sufferer for years. This is working really well for me. There are still certain foods I avoid and I very occasionally get a flare up (normally because I have either over eaten or eaten something I would normally avoid). I take 2 capsules at night time, I did try to reduce this down to just one but after a couple of weeks all my symptoms were back, pain, bloating, constipation, etc. I'd advice anyone suffering to give it a go.
