I have been suffering for years with the cycle of bloating and mostly diarrhea, mixed with the constipation I would have for days after having to stop myself up with Imodium. I think that this has been working, albeit slowly....while Id love to say my digestive problems were cured in 7 or 15 days, etc etc, they were not. But, that being said, it took awhile for me to get to where I am and it will take some time for issues to resolve (especially with lots of overlapping things - menopause, covid long haul, ebv, etc). I will stick with it as I think it's helping my body move in the right direction. I suffer with Diverticulitis. I was always having flare ups, running to the bathroom with pain, discomfort and diarrhea. I couldn't eat anything, and my body would tolerate or absorb vitamins or minerals.

II have had IBS for a number of years and have tried several subscriptions for relief, but nothing has worked. Four days after using one pill in the morning, the diarrhea subsided until it is no longer a problem.
